1. Membership
Membership is currently free. Anyone aged 16+ with a valid email address can join; use without chat is possible from 13 with parental consent. One account per person; member names must not impersonate brands or people.
2. Community conduct
No spam, insults, harassment, unapproved shop advertising, illegal content or sharing other people’s personal data. Trades are made solely between members; we are not a party and accept no liability. Tip: ship insured and start with small trades.
3. Reports and moderation
Report content and members via “Report”. We review reports promptly and may remove content and suspend accounts, and inform affected users where required (Digital Services Act). Contact: wheelwonderland@gmx.de.
4. Member photos – license
By uploading and confirming by email you declare that you took the photo yourself and own all rights, that no people are recognizable and that no third-party rights are infringed. You grant the operator of Wheel Wonderland the non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to publish, edit (e.g. crop) and make the photo publicly available on this website and its related channels (e.g. YouTube, social networks). You will be credited with your member name. There is no right to publication; we check that the photo shows the right model.
5. Availability
We aim for reliable operation but cannot guarantee it. The database is a fan project; information without warranty.
6. Paid features (future)
If we offer a paid membership (“Plus”) later, separate terms with price, withdrawal information and a cancellation button will apply.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time (members area → Profile). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection laws of your country remain unaffected.
